(1)	Nobody wants to waste energy, and they certainly do not want to damage their engine.
	(Q1)	Can you guarantee nothing can ever happen to the engine, even when the engine has already run for over 100,000 miles ?
	(A)	Yes, we can guarantee this.
		1)	We have been using Eco Fuel Saver in Mercedes-Benz 3000cc over the last five years. It has been driven in all severe conditions. There were no engine problems at all during the past five years.
		2)	Our Eco Fuel Saver do not dissolve into the fuel, unlike other similar products. When the fuel saver dissolves into the fuel, like almost all other similar products, it is one of cause of your engine being damaged. With our Eco Fuel Saver, your engine will never be impaired.
	(Q2)	Can you detect any power-loss, as a result of using Eco Fuel Saver?
	(A)	There will be no power-loss using our System. On the contrary, engine power is increased significantly by using our ectoplasma system.

	(Q3)	Can the pellets somehow obstruct the fuel-throughput, so that the engine fails to get its fuel ?
	(A)	The pellets are placed inside of aluminium case. Therefore, the flow of fuel should never be obstructed.

	(Q4)	Does the system work for gas-oil, normal petrol, super-petrol, ….?
	(A)	Our Eco Fuel Saver is effective with all fossil fuels < diesel, gasoline, kerosine (paraffin oil)>, unlike other existing fuel-savers. Automotive fuels are made up mostly of two elements. These are hydrogen and carbon. They have the chemical symbols H and C. Hydrogen and carbon can be joined together to create various hydrocarbon (HC) fuels. Our Eco Fuel Saver is effective for all fuels made up of hydrocarbon (HC).

(2)	(Q)	Can you briefly describe how the devices actually work , in simple technical terms ?
	(A)	There are three basic forms of energy, - which can be described as follows "destruction energy ", "fusion energy " and "synthesis energy ". EFS-03 applies to the principle of ectoplasma energy. EFS-03 improves the quality of hydrocarbon fuel according to ectoplasma theory. Fusion energy is evident in the process of nuclear fusion. This enormous improvement in combustion efficiency of fuel is attained through a) improves the quality of hydrocarbon fuel according to ectoplasma theory, b) making the fuel cluster smaller, c) preventing pre-ignition, d) ionizing effect of part of the fuel, e) hydrogenating effect of part of the fuel. Automotive fuels (such as gasoline) comprise mainly two elements of hydrogen (H) and carbon (C). These elements are composed of very small particles, called atoms. The Eco Fuel Saver works on the atomic theory (otherwise known as ecoplasma theory）, fragmenting the molecular structure of the fuel. This enables almost 100% fuel combustion, thereby resulting in improved fuel economy up to 32 % and reducing exhaust emissions by over 55 %. The Eco Fuel Saver eliminates the need for new cars to incorporate expensive fuel injection systems. A lump of coal or piece of lumber do not burn by themselves when simply held near to a burning match. However, powdered coal and lumber can be easily burnt by a piece of match. As a result of making the fuel cluster smaller with our Eco Fuel Saver, our EFS-03 attains near-complete combustion.

(3)	(Q)	You must understand that when someone claims almost a 30% increase in fuel mileage, I tend to be skeptical.
	(A)	I can understand your skepticism, since a) No fuel saver manufacturers have accomplished 30% reduction in fuel economy, although many existing-fuel saver manufacturers claim that, b) People tend to focus on older technology. We must ask you to test it for yourself, if you cannot believe our claim of a 32% reduction in fuel economy, in order for you to make sure our Eco Fuel Saver is as good as claimed.

(4)	(Q)	Do engines have to be tuned differently to achieve best results from this device ?
	(A)	No, it is not necessary for you to do so.

(5)	(Q)	Can you describe the complete process involved in using the product, including any precautions that have to be taken ?
	(A)	You don't need to take any precautions.

(6) Regarding the engine :
	(Q1)	I am interested in knowing about any possible problems that may arise, with regards to the effects (if any) on engine warranties (e.g. we travel 120,000 miles/year, and have 5 year/500,000 mile warranties.) Are there any long-term effects that will adversely affect the engines in later years ?
	(Q2)	What are the effects on the engines, as a result of using this product ?
	(Q3)	Can firm guarantees be provided that no engine complications will arise as a result of using Eco Fuel Saver?
	(Q4)	Can we guarantee that the Eco Fuel Saver will not affect the engine's performance over a period of time ?
	(Q5)	I am curious if this really works without sacrificing power ?
	(A)	Our Eco Fuel Saver does not dissolve into the fuel, unlike other similar products. When the fuel saver dissolves into the fuel, like almost all other similar products, it is one of cause of your engine being damaged. With our Eco Fuel Saver, your engine will never be impaired. Regarding engine power, test drivers said that driving became much easier on an expressway, due to a significant improvement in engine power. It is an obvious fact that engine power is increased significantly, from the point of complete combustion when you use our Ectoplasma System. We have been using Eco Fuel Saver in the Mercedes-Benz 3000cc extensively over the past five years. It has been driven under all types of severe conditions. There were no engine problems at all during these past five years. In the past, people used additives and/or oxidizing reagents as fuel savers. There might have been some form of engine trouble (such as burning off, etc) as a result of those additives and oxidizing reagents dissolving into the fuel. Please understand that our technology is completely different from these pre-existing and outmoded technologies. Our device simply changes the oil into the best possible quality, in order to achieve complete combustion. Therefore, there will be no possibility of engine burn off. Regarding warranty of engine, we will issue a product insurance to the sum of US$ 2.0 million with Lloyds, in order for us to give our customers a sense of security with our products.

(7)	(Q1)	Is the Eco Fuel Saver product mileage, or time, dependent ? As an example : a heavy lorry that is driven a few miles each year. Will the Eco Fuel Saver last many years, or are they continually going into solution in the fuel tank, regardless of the number of litres of fuel that pass through the tank ?
	(Q2)	These Eco Fuel Saver will last for five years : does it matter how much fuel is used over these five years ? We use a large quantity of fuel (over 17,000 gallons/year)
	(A)	The life of the Eco Fuel Saver products depends on the time (five years). It has nothing to do with mileage, or with the number of litres of fuel that pass through the tank. The Eco Fuel Savers don't enter the solution. Our Eco Fuel Savers do not dissolve into the fuel, unlike other similar products.

(8)	(Q)	What materials are Eco Fuel Savers made from ?
	(A)	Our fuel saver - Eco Fuel Savers are inorganic (unlike long-existing fuel saver of organic ones). And what materials are used (and their method of application) remains top-secret. We cannot, and do not, reveal anything about them.

(9)	(Q)	After a five year life cycle, how should the ectoplasma system be disposed of. Do they present any hazard to the environment?
	(A)	Our Eco Fuel Savers do not have any detrimental effect on the environment. However, our distributors collect five-year used Eco Fuel Saver, in exchange for with new ones. After collecting all of the used devices, distributors must return all of them. We will dispose of them, after processing and treatment of devices.
